Akto County Sen Cement Co., Ltd.’s 2500t / d clinker cement production line and cogeneration project is a technological expansion project based on purchasing Akto County Aoyitake cement plant. It is located in Akto County Industrial Park Aoyitake heavy industry zone, with a total investment of 360 million RMB, covers an area of 412 Mu. The project adopts new dry pre-decomposition production process of pure low temperature waste heat power generation technology, build a 2500t / d clinker production line with an annual output of cement clinker 775,000 tons, annual output of 1 million tons of cement, as well as a set of 4500kW pure low temperature heat generators. Currently, the project has achieved pre-approval documents, ongoing examination of the Environment and Land Agency. This project is expected to commence in September, and put into operation before the end of 2011.
